A little background. This lady was arrested at her home for a partially unpaid traffic citation. Thats it. She was just behind on her payments. So now she is at the jail and making a phone call and, well, just watch the video. Both cops were fired, but like the other recent Grand Jury cases in the news, no indictments were handed down. Perhaps there should be some sort of initiative petition drive in the various states to take away the police power to use any force to arrest anyone who has only committed a misdemeanor crime.
