A little bit of behind the scenes/insider info from director, Lisa Channer, on the added feature of film to new Rehearsing Failure - - - ...We are adding 16-millimeter film thanks to the help and talent of Kevin Obsatz. The film moments are inspired by Andy Warhol’s “screen test” and will be projected from vintage projectors onto the set and actors bodies. Brecht really wanted to break into the Hollywood film machine, something he detested and criticized endlessly (remember contradictions make us human!) but he failed in this endeavor.
