A little boy had been beaten by his parents and in the interests of family unity the Judge suggested he be put into the custody of his Aunt. The little boy was most distressed and screamed that his Aunt beat him more than his parents. The grandparents were suggested bringing equal response that they beat him too. The judge adjourned the case to discuss it with social workers and the police declaring this was the worst case of abuse he had seen in any family. It was decided in an unprecedented decision that the little boy could choose his own home and he was asked and gave his preference. The police and social workers were consulted and the little boy was duly delivered to Chris Hughton & Norwich City FC. The little boy asserted that they couldn’t beat anyone!!!
