A little circuit we did yesterday, working on strength. I always try to use a strict movement where possible, and only go to kipping when required. 4 rounds: 1 strict muscle up 3 deadlifts at 140kg 10 strict hand stand push ups Strict hand stand pushups are AMAZING for upper body strength. I definitely recommend including negative handstand pushups in your schedule (lower yourself down until your head touches the ground, then have someone help you in the up phase). Luke did them with me - he managed a solid 8 reps which is awesome for a first time!!! In other news, tonight is ice cream night! I dont think Ive EVER been so excited to eat a bowl (or a tub haha!) of ice cream.... :D
