A little history about us. REPOST FROM @djbandoma: #tbt #throwbackthursday - Who did #toneplay back in 2010 before everyone stated doing it? guy. 2010 was the year I started taking piano lessons so I could produce music. The dicers came out and after listening to #one by #shm I figured out that I could play the melody by recording a sustained note in ableton. I entered the #beezobattle and did this at the end of my routine. Ended up getting 2nd place. It was my first battle since 98. Had a great time doing it b/c #turntabilism and #skratching are my roots. Although it was fun, Im glad I moved on to music production. Big thanks to @franzzzofficial whos a way better turntabilist than me (YouTube dj antidote) for helping me in this routine. One thing that we learned is that if you have the discipline to perfect your skratches for 8 hours in your bedroom, youll have the discipline to eq hi hats for 8 hours in the studio...
