A little more information about the fundraiser: There will be a silent auction, which we are accepting donations for. There will be a bake sale, which will be outside the entrance of the high school gym since no food is allowed inside, an important stipulation that we need to adhere to in order to use the gym. There will be a raffle for some of the items, which we will need people to sell tickets for. Tickets will be available as early as Friday, but we wont have the flyer with the list of things available in the raffle until about Wednesday because we will discuss details at the meeting on Monday and have the flyers made on Tuesday. We will need help having the flyers posted in several different locations once they are made. We will also have vendors selling things. The vendors will pay a $50 fee to secure a spot, which will go to the family. Did I leave anything out that you wanted included in this post, Lori?
