A little over 13 years ago my grandmother, Grancie, told me she wanted to pay for Destiny to have piano lessons. She died very suddenly shortly after that and I vowed to make those lessons happen for my daughter no matter what. Watching Destiny play the piano today with a professional symphony in a professional performance hall, I cried through the whole first piece. I know somewhere Grancie is watching today and is just as proud as I am.
