A little upset this morning. I received this Duty G22 frame in the mail late last night and I honestly was beyond tired and didnt look at it closely, this morning is a different story. I hate to bad mouth a company but when you advertise profesional service, I as a customer should receive that and nothing less. I honestly do not care about your health problems, wife problems or any other excuse in the book. I paid for the profesional service and after 2 months I receive this back from GripReductions .This gun is NOT finished and his attention to detail sucks. Never again will Dale get my business and I will never ever send anybody his way. I had to track him down just to get this frame back and I get this after 2 months. Please share so that others who are in this line of business/work know to stay clear from him.
