A little while ago I teamed up with footwear designer legend, Vera Iam, (Designer for New Rock, Demonia, Hades, Pleaser, Swear, Bordello, Funtasma) to work on his two new brands, Love & Hate footwear and the self-titled, Vera Iam, brand. Well be collaborating on shoe and boot design together as well as working closely on the marketing and distribution for both brands. Love & Hate is geared toward a more mainstream, alternative market like the brand of boots you probably currently own and Vera Iam will be high-end exclusive collectors footwear for the footwear connoisseurs amoung us. I will be shooting for the first Vera Iam collection this coming month, titled Doll House. This pair are his Kato boots as he likes to call them and were discussing an inspired-by collection at that moment that will be steampunk themed. Im very excited about visiting his studio and factory in Spain before too long and I promise to keep you all updated on our progress. Are you a shoe or a boot person?
