A load cry unto the Lord show him that we are dependent on him just like Job was dependent on God he allowed Satan to test him in the same way he test us, but we know that God has the power and that he has the final say so. The devil only has but so much control just like Job 1:5-8 when God had a conversation with the devil the devil was roaming back and forth from across the earth and God stop the devil and he had a conversation he said Consider my servant Job for he is trustworthy and full of dignity notice he did not say He is trustworthy in my sight the devil went from the presence of the Lord and he began to struck at Job he has lost his portion of his health and then he lost his home and other material possessions, much like we lose a loved ones, we may even lose and job, this really helps me to always put things back into perspective for me seeing what Job went through I have lost my dad this year it has been tough for me this year what has helped me was Psalms 96 the proverbial writer David really sides with us feeling his grief just comforts me in the fact that I am not alone by myself, David had mourned the lost of his son. My dad had died this past year, what gives me peace of mind is knowing that he is in a much better place now where there is no more sorry or any kind of worry.
