A local attorney drives out to my listing (rural property) without notice to anyone, walks up to my clients (single lady) front door. Asks to see the house without a realtor. The seller refuses to let him in, and Instructs Him to call me if he is interested in seeing the house. He informs my seller he doesnt want/need the service of a realtor, insists on seeing it, and asks when the listing contract expires. She asked him to leave. Before leaving he decided to walk the 11 acres and look around the outside even though he had specific instruction to leave the property and call me if he wants to look around. Have you ever had a similar situation? As a Realtor, How would you handle this?
