A local public official was publicly busted with pot (true, it clearly should be legal, if ever there was a no brainer...but for profit prisons and Jindal know best) and received a reprimand only. Let me firsts say I agree, and if anything that punishment is too harsh (he wasnt drinking after all), but if he had been black OR not the son of a long time official I think we all know it would have been instant termination. Double standard gets stronger every day.
