A look back almost a year to the abject isolation that was my house arrest. Day of the week or time of day meant nothing. This was near the beginning of the warts and all series where it had to be one take or I wouldnt do it. Posting these songs was a cathartic experience for me because I was revealing how fragile and damaged I was but determined to show progress until I was able to get back to the stage and play for my friends and fans and anyone who will listen. Im so glad I did this because it helped me reach where I am now with solo performing (something I hate because it can be so powerful and good one time and suck the next!). So here are a couple Dylan tunes off Nashville Skyline and some Neil Young. I want to thank everyone for putting up with me and letting this be group therapy for my much needed psychotherapy during recovery. The mind is almost back. Time to get the body with the program. I love you all!
