A loose dog in laying in the backyard of 473 Tennyson Court Oshawa . This yard is not fenced. The homeowner feels the dog is in pain or scared as it got snappy when she tried to pick it up. If any one wishes to attend this location in case it tries to run off, a few people to help block it from running to the road would be helpful. The homeowner has called Animal services as well to see if they will attend...Thanks..
