A lot of Nigerians are so naive and ignorant that they dont understand the difference between the Federal, State and Local government responsibilities. Not even the community.. Chai! SMH. What has Jonathan done and someone said he created borehole for us, he supplied table and chairs to the schools, they now have electricity in the school, their school now has a computer room.. what!!! In this century.... Even churches and P.T.A have done more for the Primary academic system than the government has for over a decade. The Federal Gov interferes in state matters just because they have the federal power. State Gov oppresses and meadow in Local matters to take advantage of the needy citizens and the community... I taya. When will the community stop contributing for PHCH to fix their transformers? DiaRisGod o!
