A lot of good training this past week during the LEX 4. The soldiers did get fitted for their dress uniforms on Friday! This coming week they are learning how to drive the HMMWVs in a convoy setting. M9 pistol qualification begins on Tuesday. They will also be shooting the .50 cal simulator and preparing for an inspection. I have heard that our soldiers will have graduation practice on Family Day morning and then will be released to parents/family that morning until 2100 (9pm). They have been told they will be allowed to leave Fort Leonard Wood during their Family Day pass. As soon as graduation is over Thursday morning those soldiers who are NG/Reserve will be released to travel home with parents/family.
