Adjusters use that as a bargaining tool to steer you to their shop of preference. Stanly County has an abundant supply of body shops, keep the money local. No need in driving to concord or surrounding areas out of the county when theres plenty of well qualified repair shops here in albemarle. Again its your choice on who fixes it, not the adjusters.
