A lot of people have asked. Yes I had a heart surgery last Wednesday. I have A-Fib that causes an irregular heart beat. It is very dangerous and can cause a heart attack or stroke. The surgeon went in and burned some nerves on the left and right chambers of my heart to stop the electrical signal that triggers my heart to go crazy. I made it back home Thursday evening. It has been a slow recovery and today has been my very best day so far. I even got to go to church tonight. Thank God for helping me get through this. I should be able to go back to work this Friday. I just want to say thanks for all your thoughts and prayers and all your kind words. It meant a lot to me. Hopefully soon I will get weaned from my heart medicine and feel like a brand new man!!! Special thanks to my wonderful wife who has taken care of me through all of this and my son Chris Smith!!!
