A lot of people say that Honor Janza isnt a good Coach. But the Solution to help Janza is tackling the root Causes of why he maynot have that much quality to use. The Problem begins from Youth Football. Thats why its important that FAZ try and find means to roll out a Youth Program especially for Schools. Find a Company to Sponsor 10 School teachers a year to attend Courses in Coaching and even get UEFA Badges. Then Clubs should also be linked to Schools and help fund them. Clubs should start getting serious in terms of transfers and not the usual where money from a Transfer arrives at a Club only for it to dissapear without trace. Whats needed is strategic Partnerships with teams when you sell a player, say you sell a player to a European team and in the Contract you agree that instead of it all being cash some of the fee should be for the Club to give you training Equipment which you can now send to a school which lack such facilities. Etc These are the Value addistions we need in Zambian football in terms of even transfers. Also find a Sponsor for a Schools League at District level and also at Amatuer level. That way we will have so many quality players coming through at School level and it will improve the quality of Football in Zambia.
