A lot of us are heading on summer vacation! (Im going on FRIDAY) I know its a relaxing and fun time so here are some tips on keeping within 5lbs of your weight. 1. Make at least 1 meal a day super healthy 2. Sleep a little longer than normal. Rest aids in your bodys recovery. 3. Try to exercise every other day. 4. Walk to your destination from your hotel instead of driving! 5. If youre gonna drink eat less carbs that day! 6. If youre with a significant other have lots of intimate times! (Just keeping it real) Most of all ENJOY YOURSELF!!!! A healthy Mind is assist a healthy body!!!
