A lovely last evening with our cooking students hosted by Giuliano Hazan and Marilisa Allegrini. Below are only some of the dishes: sunny side up covered in truffles from the Lessini mountains, risotto made with Recioto #wine (not Amarone), Fiorentina, and the restaurants version of Tiramisu. The highlights were the wonderful array of Allegrini #wines, including two older vintages of W. It truly was a #winelovers meal.
