A major topdressing and rehabilitation needs to take place. The lawn in some areas appears to lack the right amount of water. The edging that took place along the brick walkways and around all the plants and trees was too severe allwing for 2 to 3 in gaps along the walkways and 1 to 2 foot diameters of soil around the tree and plants(Cycads & Palms). this has left several around plants that no longer need beds as they are already established.In some instances lawn was over swept not allowing for runners or new shoots to catch.Replacement lawn will be required for all these and the guard house a new feature to the property
