A majority of Christian posts that dominate Facebook seem completely focused on the believer and what the believer has done, is doing, should do, or needs to do...So very few speak of Jesus and what He has already done. You see...Jesus doesnt need to do more. He doesnt need to do anything else. He doesnt have a to do list!! Why?? Cause IT IS FINISHED!!!!!!!! So the next time someone says to obey Jesus...Ask them exactly what they mean. Exactly and precisely. Make them give you a detailed list. Then ask them how they are stacking up and follow that up with the question: What if we dont do those things perfectly at all times?? These are good questions!! Most cannot or will not answer them because they love to rule by condemnation and fear. I will answer it by quoting Jesus Himself when He was asked this exact same question: BELIEVE!!! (This is what God requires, Jesus answered them, Believe in the One He has sent. -John 6:29)
