A man in an administrative court without an Attorney to represent - TopicsExpress

A man in an administrative court without an Attorney to represent him will find that no matter what happens, he can not be imprisoned without his WRITTEN consent. He may be fined by taking from his bond money, (That TOO is likely stipulated in the bonding agreement, but you didnt know that.) but he must SIGN his Rights away to be imprisoned. Normally, your friendly over-priced, non-responsive shyster Attorney, (you know, that guy you thought you PAID to protect you) signs your written consent for prison without your knowledge. By hiring an Attorney; 1.) Waive your inherent Rights and Due Process. 2.) You concede to the venue and jurisdiction of the court. 3.) Become a Ward of the State, considered incompetent to handle your own affairs. 4.) Are liable for any prison time assigned to you. If you taken to court, but are INNOCENT of any crime, NEVER EVER EVER EVER(!) hire an Attorney to represent you. Never take a Plea Bargain. Instead, learn the very simple process of turning the tables on those in the courtroom and take control. YOUR RIGHTS ARE INVIOLABLE! I want you to think HARD on this.... When the late Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, said 100% of the people that are in Federal or State Penitentiaries are there VOLUNTARILY. HE MEANT IT!!!!!! Why? They didnt properly know of, or understand their status as a man with its inherent Right.
