A moment of pause.... Christmas 2014 I wanted to take a moment to sincerely extend an enormous Thank You to my sister and bro, Chris Collins and Mark Collins for opening up their home to a bunch of crazy, loud, messy...and apparently starving family members. Your hospitality was above and beyond. You deserve a vacation after that whirlwind....Russ and I cant say Thank You, enough. To my Mother and Dad, who have been divorce for more than 45 years. Your love for the family, and the grace...to not let (if any) issues stand in the way, of the experiences you shared with all of us, along with the memories made, Well done, not many exs could do that...your family loves you deeply for it! To Papa...your a good man. Your true sincerity towards Dad....is priceless, and not snapping Nanas head off, is well...an exceptional skill of restraint. Ha ha... To niece Rebecca Joy Anderson...thank you for giving up your room to Uncle Russ and I. It could not have been easy with work, and packing for a trip to the tropics. We very much appreciate the flexibility. But most of all to my dear sisters, who have given me all the reasons (not that they were never there) to be closer than ever, and make every moment matter. It was an experience Ill never forget, like them all. Especially the ass plant to the face, and the sticky feet on Twister...only we could get away with that :) I treasure every minute I have with you both, and stir with anticipation for the next adventure. You are my rocks....I love you both. And last but never least, my son Brandon Xander and his cousins. Family is all that is true. You only get one, love them~hate them~disagree and/or humor them...it who we are and WHAT keeps us right. I appreciate ALL of you for making the incredible effort to adjust, rearrange, tolerate, and indulge your Aunties, Moms, Nana, Papa, Pappy, and Daddies. We are the best family in the world....Late July**August cant come quick enough.
