A month ago I spent the weekend in Tasmania, we had a hire car and I left a really good pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in the car. These are worth about $250 so I rang up the hire car office and they where great, found them and sent them back to me by COD. I received a notice to collect them from the post office but when I went to collect them they couldnt find the package. They then tried to tell me that it must have fallen back in the mail and gone missing in Australia Post. I find this a bizarre explanation and dont accept it at all. This is me being given this explanation by 2 of the employees at the Peter St. Post office in Grovedale. Tell me what you think? Am I being unreasonable in thinking this just isnt good enough?
