A movie which is High on ambition ... but eventually loses out on translation from paper to screen ... !!! The Simple and Predictable plot had too much distractions in the screenplay ... which fails to stress on the emphasis of the main theme ... !!! The characterization also is too amateurish ... which doesnt give the required emotional connect among the audience ... !!! The movie has love ... betrayal ... Rivalry ... Ego and many more topics to touch upon ... but the way in which each of this is executed is disappointing ... !!! The first half doesnt gives us a feel of watching a pre independence era movie ... while the second half tries to do some justice to that ... !!! # Considering all the above Vasantha Balan could have taken this movie very well ... Instead it just comes out as an Ordinary movie ... However three cheers and thumbs for Vasantha Balan for taking up the road which is less taken by the directors ...
