A murderous coward has been safely apprehended. Great news for the citizens of Pennsylvania, and especially for the families and friends of slain Cpl. Bryon Dickson, and injured Trooper Alex T. Douglass. Freins arrest included a special salute to the trooper killed in the Sept. 12 ambush: Authorities placed him in the handcuffs of slain Cpl.
