A musician joke: Keith Richard dies and winds up in the afterlife. He is presented with a wall of Vox AC30 and Marshall amps, along with an exquisite 5-string Telecaster from Fenders Custom Shop. A team of top-notch professional roadies escorts him and the gear through a network of hallways, where many of the worlds most beautiful paintings and objets dart are on display. They lead him into an acoustically perfect concert hall, and start setting up his rig. Already on stage are Jimi Hendrix, Jaco Pastorius and Keith Moon, warming up and getting ready to play. Once his rig is ready to go, Keith remarks, Whod have thought that, with the life I led, that Id wind up in Heaven? Jimi, Jaco and Keith all respond, No way, man. This is Hell. Just then, Karen Carpenter walks out on stage and says, OK, boys... Close To You, from the top.
