A name needed for a new service to collect money for charity. Please make suggestions Forward email service to people who want to receive less unsolicited email Some successful people, business, politics, performers, sport ... get too much unsolicited email. Some decide they dont want to get such email anymore and try to keep their email address secret, or will not read or whatever. For example, when I wanted to send email to Dan Ariely after his talk I got to this youtube video https://youtube/watch?v=nMZcdut1BsY What about the following idea? Create a website to which anyone can register. If you want to send email to a person registered at the website, you can send it to the website and they will forward it. A registered person promises that when they receive email from the website they read at least the first paragraph. They dont promise to reply but will at least spend half a minute reading. The point is that when you register to the website you specify an amount and a charity. So, for example, if I want to send my email to Dan Arieli I may have to donate 20$ to his favorite charity and he will look at my email. Anyone can set the amount and charity to his liking. This will make sure that the amount of email you get is much smaller, that money is donated to your favorite charity and yet you let people send email to you if they really want. (of course could be extended to phone call, a meeting, or to giving a full ten minutes of your time, at the right cost to charity but this is not the basic idea)
