A neighbor writes : Today as I was leaving for work when I found three boys about 12-14 years old smoking weed in my carport (the alley behind Ellison) all three of them had on hoodies and sunglasses on but two of them looked like the kids that were in the vandalism surveillance video posted awhile back. When I came out they saw me they scattered but left but they left behind the Diet Rite can they were smoking out of. Then when I was driving to work down Fischer, there were three older boys (about 15-16) walking in the middle of the road, as I passed them they started cat-calling towards me. I turned my car around and told them that they were old enough to know better and they needed to respect women but of course they laughed it off. I have met many kids in our neighborhood that are absolutely wonderful but unfortunately there are some that have no respect for anyone. Parents, please know what your kids are up to!!
