A new job...and now a new pad too!!!! In the same neighborhood so I can continue to walk to work, yoga, sushi, my almond &/or peanut butter shakes, the UBER cute bartender at a certain spot I adore and most importantly...to have peace of mind! I came into my last few apartments with dead weight in numerous forms and its affected both my writing and my overall sense of self. This year has forced me to finally deal with ME in ways that I never imagined. While I feel like Ive been in a nasty war this past year, the dust is settling and I cannot wait to write new opuses in my new sun-filled space. #blackexcellence #perseverance
