A new law takes effect in Georgia tomorrow. If youre in the left lane and have traffic behind you, you are required to move over and could get a ticket if you dont! There are some conditions for exception - construction sites, traffic in the right lane, etc. But, if you have faster traffic behind you in the left lane - its time to change lanes starting tomorrow.
