A new move from today, the diamond burpee... That will get your heart rate going. Here is the move and the modification too. Start out in squat and go up and bring your heels together behind you, then come down into your burpee. keep your core tight, back flat in those burpees. ⚠TAKE your time and do the modification until you get the form correct. ⏰continue for 20 seconds, rest for 10 and repeat for 20 in true Tabata style.
