A nice rowing workout for any of you lot who want to give it a try. I did it today, and it definitely makes you sweat. Set the rower to fan 10. You can set up the rower inputting the info for this exercise, it wont take long. So here it is: 100m with 10 second rest 200m with 20 second rest 300m with 30 second rest 400m with 40 second rest 500m with 50 second rest. Immediately repeat, starting with 500m and 50 second rest etc. Give 100% every time, pushing as hard as you can. It soon gets your heart rate up! Make sure you have a 10 minute warm up before hand, plus stretch dynamically. Have fun!!
