A nice start to the day! No messes in house or crates, nothing knocked off the walls or broken for 24 whole hours! Hurrah! No mystery ear snarks. Hurrah! And -- it looks like Mocha has a home! Triple hurrah! A very pretty mid sized liver colored pitty girl, found wandering the streets, rescued by some loving people and brought here to board. A mom, daughter and granddaughter, all big time dog lovers, came to visit her today. They also loved Lindas Rotty girl, but that one thinks small dogs resemble snacks ... Mocha just ignores them. Looks like theyll be here tomorrow to come and pick her up! Goody! Also, met the nicest lady last night who came to look at the kennels to possibly board her dog. Smart, funny, tall, lives fairly close to me, big time dog lover, reader ... look forward to seeing more of her! Some nice telephone conversations with people looking for Bouviers as well. Productive, so far. Now, off to do some income generating type of work. Day started off chilly and windy, but now, calm and warmer! I really like warmer. Enjoyed a few hours here on FB. Time to appreciate! I am grateful for having made some new friends! Im appreciating that its getting warmer and will be even better tomorrow! Still laughing at one of those pestering calls -- he called to sell me a service that isnt available in this area -- dont they know that before wasting their time (and mine?)?? Be kind. Be happy. Enjoy all the little interactions given to you every day, whether in person, by e-mail, by phone or through FB! You never know what gems you might uncover just by opening up your heart and mind to connect with somebody new! Ive met many of my FB and e-mail pals over the years and each and every one of them was just as expected.
