A one hundred and thirty-minute action movie (Rise of the Legend) has managed to help me stretch out my stiff neck following a challenging nonstop two-hour court interpreting (using three interpreting modes (whispering/simultaneous-consecutive-sight)) at the Jakarta District Court yesterday during the first hearing of one of the defendants of a high-profile case of alleged criminal acts of child molestation. There were so many unpredicted words popping up. ...... by the Grace of the Almighty God, all went on fine. Even the head of the panel of judges who is an S3 graduate from Australia and popularny known for her liking telling off lauded me for my interpreting ... I wish I could have the record.
