A parent asks our group: Hello, I wanted to ask a question to other parents: I wanted to know if Im the only parent (Im mommy and daddy) that finds themselves so frustrated and irritated that you just start yelling? My son is 4yo non verbal autistic with cerebral palsy, spd and an entire laundry list of issues. I recently had stem cell infusion done with him and hes learning to talk and he does more screaming now than when he was non verbal. Is there any secret that helps you relax during these horrible screaming/meltdowns? I feel like Im the only parent that feels this way. I feel so bad after I do it and then it brings me guilt. I want to be this perfect mommy and Im by far perfect. Any advice regarding this or stories would be appreciated
