A parent shares with our group: Just an idea for parents of SPD kids that are escape artists. not sure if this has been mentioned before or not. Our son learned to climb fences when he was 2 and a half and would go wandering off down the street. So we got postcards printed up with his photo and all our contact details and distributed them in letter boxes around our area. And we also got business cards printed up that we kept in our wallets at all times, so thta if he got lost while we were away from home, we were able to hand those out so people would keep an eye out for him. Its just another thing like the wrist bands, it helped us alot
