A passage Ive read said Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. Make level paths for your feet , so that the lame may not become disabled but rather healed. (Heb. 12:12-13) a feeble arm will continue to become painful as to a weak knee get more weaker if will not do something ease them. there was a challenge in the passage that encouraged us that we need to do something about it. to STRENGTHEN is to exert an effort or power to withstand pressure, stress or force. ......my arms are painful with numbness so I need to exercise them every joints of it from my shoulders down to the tip of my fingers needed to to stretched although I can feel the resistance from my veins and muscles but after doing so I feel relieved compared to when I will just let it be... the more pain to endure. In addition that when we do not do something with our pains then it will progress into disablement and probably you cant move.... the verse said make level paths for feet so that the lame may not be disabled but rather healed .....it is true that to become disabled you will experience pain and then comes limping if you did not do any cure or measure to heal it....................... I can relate with this i my spiritual walk in this unfair world where we live in, people may cause pain in us physically or emotionally but the idea of the passage applies with it. Though how painful things we experience in our encounter with people around us we should strengthen our faith in the Lord, though we feel the resistance to pray for them because of what they do to us, we still need to pray for them because Christ said love your enemy and for doing so , we are doing the right thing and might win them over for the Lord. another thing is that in our pain we are discourage to continue in our faith, but we should always remember that just like an athlete who was injured during the race continued to run in spite and despite his injury and pain until he finished the race...... Let us then continue running the race which was marked out for us until the finish line no matter how painful and discouraging life experience would be.! A BLESSED DAY TO ALL!!!!!!
