"A perfectly elastic system will re-balance the effect of finite - TopicsExpress

"A perfectly elastic system will re-balance the effect of finite or infinite stress (demand) on it; after a given period of time, while a partially elastic or inelastic system may proceed to decline or death." Everything was nothing before it became something and every problem present itself as challenges or opportunities and is a purpose for a product. The problem we have as a people in Nigeria is the "Nigerian Factor"! The culture of denials, mediocrity and waste. "A part of an infinite whole is nothing compared to the whole." My submission is that Nigeria is greater than everyone and would out-live us all! We are a generation affected by the Nigerian Factor - NF; thus our thinking is beclouded with sentiments. The virus called NF has so corrupted our value-systems, such that our interest, influence, politics and quest for power are not focused on nation-building. It is a shame! Now that the rest of the world is thinking about "green" energy and addressing the threats of climate change; all we talk about is parochial interests. I wish that every Nigerian is aware and able to apply Equilibrium perspectives; in personal, leadership, academic, business and environmental areas of life. Everything we do is affected by: Laws of Motion, Stress and Strain, Law of Diminishing Returns, Cause and Effect and Globalization. It is necessary that we all discern that everything is a function of "What was but has ceased to be..." ; "What is, being or has been..." and "What is, but yet to be..." & that everything was nothing before it became something! The world needs people who are innovative; who can solve new Problems using new Perspectives. Who can make something out of nothing. Who understands that a Problem is a Purpose for a Product. Who know that service to over 7 billion people, globally, the threats of financial crises, unemployment, poverty, disease, climate change and demand for food & water; puts enormous pressures on limited global energy resources with potentials for inter-group conflict. Therefore, I urge everyone, here, to focus on issues and not the persons. We need to agree on common sets of values in order to build the Nigeria of our dreams. Let us discuss how to build institutions and waste no time on individuals. TIME and SPACE will be our judge! GOD BLESS NIGERIA!
