A person has to understand that there are two Constitutions!! One was set up by the people of this Country, the other is an Illegal Corporate Constitution!! The Original is still in force, not the other that is being used today!! The Act of 1871 was illegally passed mainly because the Criminals in office changed the form of Government this country has!! The Majority of Congress was gone from the Senate on Christmas Vacation when this Act was passed!! But on the Dick Act of 1902, The Majority of the Senate was there to vote on this Act and it was passed, LEGALLY!! Thus, it became The Law of the Land!! Just as The Original Constitution is also the Law of the Land. Because Communication was lacking back then, the Actual LAW was slow getting from point A to B so The people were lied to by these Criminals in office. They were told the lie and after months of this lie being spread, it became a fact by the time it got to California!! A big lie is always believed easier then a little one. So the Fact is that The Original Constitution is STILL in force and IT cannot be changed!! Our form of Government is still a Republic, NOT a Democracy!! Thus The 2nd Amendment of the Original Constitution is still in force and when The Dick Act of 1902 hit the floor of the Senate, they passed it without readig it!! It became, then, The Law of the Land!! You see, Congress can only pass Law as a Republic. Anything else is Null and Void. ALL legal Laws originate from the people and must fallow a chain of events from the people on up to the Senate!! The Senate under the Original Constitution cannot make Laws!!! Nor can the President!! Thus, any Law since 1871 are NOT laws but are Statutes!! Very few Laws have been passed since then, legally. The Dick Act of 1902 is a LAW not a Statute. Statutes fall Under The Uniform Commercial Codes which the Dick Act doesnt!! That is why it is a LAW!!!
