A post on another page this morning where a friend put water on her cereal instead of milk reminds me of something that I did when I was a brand new mom 46 years ago with a baby (my son Nick) who had colic . I was sleep deprived and somehow instead of putting his formula in the baby bottle for a middle of the night feeding I put Pepsi. I warmed it up and brought it back to the bedroom to feed him. I guess I was awake enough by then to see the color of the liquid in the bottle so I realized it was not his formula. Think of the stomach ache that little one would have had if I had given him a baby bottle of Pepsi.
