A post to the page by liker Tom Walton-Davies about Radamel Falcao. Id like to see other peoples opinions on my take of the Falcao situation. Have people been watching a different Falcao this season? Hes scored 2 goals, and the fact that hes been injured is more of an indication not to sign him because hes injury prone than an excuse to him not scoring. I cant understand a valid argument for keeping Falcao for 40 million and selling Van Persie for probably less than 20 due to his age. I do think we need a striker but Falcao hasnt adapted brilliantly to the premier league and Id be very angry if we spent a ridiculous amount of money on Falcao rather than buying a cheaper, younger player. If anyone disagrees Id like to know why. Falcao is too expensive a gamble when there are other possible strikers we can buy. And we could still recall Hernandez and start playing him regularly as another alternative. What are your thoughts on Toms view about Falcao? -DM
