A prayer for my beloved father and President Ian Khama Seretse Khama: Father I bow in the name of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ praying for my president in accordance with your statutes that direct us to pray for our leaders so we can live in peace during our generation. When Rre Ian was sworn in as President he sought the wisdom God that was upon King Solomon inorder to rule your people. We thank you for a prayer answered. As he continues to put his trust in you oh Lord, he cannot be shaken nor moved, for you have built a hedge of protection around his life. A thousand may fall on his right side but multitudes are with him for you oh lord are fighting his battles lest he be tempted to do evil with his own hands. May your peace continue to reign in his heart- may his love for you and fellow menkind continue to be a mark of His life, in Jesus name. Amen.
