Customer: I know you are a good rep in Expedia but I dont think you can handle my situation. So, I want to speak with someone higher than you. Me: I understand where you coming from. I just wanna make sure that we are on the same page, you want to speak with my supervisor? Customer: No, higher than that Me: With my manager? Customer: No, higher than that.
