A priest who will exorcise someone who is believed and confirmed to be possessed by the devil should have the right delegations from the local ordinary or the Bishop and this is according to Canon Law, the priest no matter how holy or prayerful if lacking the right delegations by the Bishop cannot perform successfully the rite of exorcism on the possessed person..so also is the same with our Anti-Catholic debaters who challenges and faces a Roman Catholic debater in public debate, the Roman Catholic debater must also be an specialist in apologetics and no matter how well studied he is and how he lived a holy life he still needs the delegation of the local ordinary or the Bishop otherwise there is a possibility of failure on the part of the catholic debater to lose the debate, and this also happens even if you click u-tube!..even a priest who claims to be an apologist needs the delegation of the Bishop if he is to face an anti-catholic debater in public debate..to exorcise publicly the demon of heresy of the anti-catholic debater in public debate like the exorcist delegated by the Bishop should also be rightly delegated, and then his holy life will be very effective and even his studies..so are you BISHOP-DELEGATED TO PROPERLY FACE ANTICATHOLIC DEBATERS IN PUBLIC DEBATE///if not then you are not supposed to be allowed to face anyone anti-catholic debater in public debate..therefore only Bishop-Delegated Roman Catholic priest or layman are allowed to face anticatholic debaters in public debates..https://youtube/watch?v=qNNGb6GLnyw
