A prominent surgeon takes his car into the dealership for a problem and is sitting in the waiting room reading a magazine when the mechanic comes in and sits next to him and says, Doc, it was a bad starter and I replaced it and your ready to go, but I have just one question I have been dying to ask you. Doctor says sure, please ask. The mechanic says, Doc seriously, we do the same thing, I replace parts in cars and you replace parts in people, both just as complicated. Doc says ok, Mechanic says, so why do you make so much more money than me? The Doctor gets up and while gathering his paperwork to pay for the repairs, looks at the Mechanic with a smile and says, try it with the motor running
