A pull-up variation I love! 1 full rep followed by a pulse at the top! Its really great for gaining strength and increasing rep range as most struggle with that top part of the movement. I see many get 1/2 or 3/4 reps but can never finish the top movement, so adding this variation (even on assisted or lat pull down) can be very helpful to get that full range and better muscle stimulation. PLUS hits those upper lats 2 fold!! Once I hit failure I began body weight rows under the bar try it!!
