Indira by far takes the shield for being the worst administrator of India when it comes to domestic security of its citizens c) During Rajiv Gandhi’s rule, 291 riots documented in 16 states, including the barbaric Sikh slaughter by his partys goons... and this ‘governance’ got him “Bharat Ratna”! And he gets another trophy for having the 2nd largest number of riots “under his belt”, even though he ruled for just 5 years! d) There were 1,194 communal riots documented in India from 1950-1995. Out of these 871 or 72.95% were during Nehru, Indira & Rajiv’s PM-ship! e) And for those who were stuck like broken gramophone in 2002, between 1950 and 1995, 245 (yes Two Hundred and Forty Five) riots were documented in the state of Gujarat.
